Expert - doesnt wake up from idle

Recommended Posts

Heya, got my expert a couple of months ago and after a bit of a headache of replacing it, i got it running a-ok...

im currently running @ 240X11, 1:1, and it passed prime X 25h + multiple superpi32mb, everything is really, just great...

only prob is, half the times i wake up, after the cpu isnt doing anything (i have defragments running overnight & sometimes virues scans + downloading @ftp/utorrent), the comp just stays hmm, sleeping ? :P

i had 2 symptoms, 1. the monitor just stays with the power saving mode, doesnt do anything...

2. it comes to life, but only the mouse moves, not even alt-ctrl-del or anything else, just hard reset...

this had happened multiple times, i tried lowering the fsb to 237 or so, didnt help, im now @ ~235, and i dont know if it helped cause for now nothing happened, but its only running for a couple of hours, in any way, i dont see a reason for it not to run @ 240 or more, i was just at the mid of my oc :

another weird thing i seem to have is that i seem to have a bit of slow downs, i notice it the most while watching movies as it chopps for a sec, jumps and relaxe. i dont rememember having that with the a8n sli i had, accualy, not sure i had it before i started ocing this board...

so something is a bit weird...

this is my bios settings from everest...

hope someone can point me in the right direction, thanks in advance...
