VoLCoM- Posted October 5, 2003 Posted October 5, 2003 I have Bought first a MSI K7N2-L and i wanted the version with the Soundstorm so after i Bought an Abit NF7-S... people told me that this board was much better for overclocking... I'd just like to know ....should I switch back to my older board (k7n2) or to stay with my current board (nf7)...oh and i got a last question does anybody heard about the Vantec Cases? I saw a picture on their website and i searched for more information but couldn't find any so...if anybody know something about this case please let me know thanks -Guillaume

VoLCoM- Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 (edited) Yeah! as soon as they sell it I'm the first to buy it lol i really like it with the fan knobs i got another pic with neons  Good to know for the motherboard hehe , i think i'm going to sell my MSI  I'm about to buy a powersupply...and i want an Antec PSU, should i go with the SmartBlue 350W(84$) or the TrueBlue 480W(155$) For the performance/price which worth it? i mean... with which one should I go, i'm currently on a 250W Generic psu and when i overclock it always crashes so i'm asking you with which one should i go between these 2 psu.  Here's another picture of the case http://www.vantecusa.com/images/wallpaper3_large.jpg Edited October 6, 2003 by VoLCoM-
TypicalSloan Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 Good choice of psu, go with the 480 it will give you more head room if u need it for future upgrades.
VoLCoM- Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 Thanks If you would have a limited choice of CPU FANs like the ones in this site www.lcimtl.com which one would you buy....i can ask for the model if its not listed in the list...but it must be one of those companies. like Vantec, Thermaltake, etc... I was interested by the Vantec AeroFlow VA4-C7040 with the Tip Magnetic Driving. but i don't know if it's a good fan...
FanATIc205 Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 yes it a pretty good fan for the price cools crap good. i would go with any true series psu a true380 or true430 watt should do you for awhile
VoLCoM- Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 good so i'm going to buy the TrueBlue 480 and the vantec fan... if i could buy the Thermalright heatsink i would but they are not accessible (where i live) now i'm impatient for the case to be availlable in stores
