RaTeD-R Posted July 2, 2002 Posted July 2, 2002 Ok, I was in WalMart (SHUT UP!) the other day, and ran across a "signal amplifier". It's supposed to get rid of line noise, and boost your cable tv signal. Will this work w/ cable modems? I figured if a stronger/crisper signal were sent, maybe my speeds will increase? If it does help, or if it MIGHT help, then I'll probably go out and get one soon. But if it definatly will not help, then I'll pass. I love those commercials with those girls that go head over heels when they find the great assortment of clothes that fit them nicely.
