tankertuff Posted April 23, 2006 Posted April 23, 2006 Does anyone know how to remove the cpu socket on a lanparty expert?? was wanting to check out the underside, and see if the temp probe is able to be moved closer to the chip. plus, I may got a teeny tiny bit of thermal paste, (not arctic silver), in one of the holes, used a needle to dig it out, but I would like to run a pipe cleaner through there to be sure. thanx. jumpman Posted April 24, 2006 Posted April 24, 2006 the temp probe is inside the CPU...or its a separate temp probe that you want to place near the cpu?
