I want opinions on whether of this 2 models I should buy:

http://www.gskill.com/f1-3200bwu2.html

or

http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memo..._platinum_rev_2

Both are 2-2-2-5, one Winbond UTT (BH5 I believe), and the other is TCCD.

What is the best and most compatible one??

For stock do I need to use active colling in the gskill one??

Is there any advices or others models you want to recommend?? (same price range appreciated)

I brought those because they are the easyest for me to get at this time.

And it is not worth it to buy 2GB on Value segment, right??

And if so, if later I buy another 2 sticks to get up to 2 GB, they will work like a charm in the DFI/Venice combo, or should I worry?? (those 333 MHZ clocks we ready in manual and such).

I would go with the oCZ simply because they are here amoung us meaning fast service in case it's needed. I have had best of everything from OCZ.

My advice on upgrade to 2 gig is sell the 512 sticks and buy a 2 gig kit of 2x1 Gig sticks.

Buyer which ever is cheaper. Both are quality brands with good reps if you run into problems. OCZ is my favorite but G. Skill usually offers the same quality at a lower price. I would strongly suggest you look at a 2x1GB option though with UCCC chips. They run at low voltage and overclock well and 2x512MB just isn't hardly enough any more for top performance in some of todays games.

I have a pair of G.Skill sticks PC3200 2.5-3-3-6 2x1GB 1T and they have been awesome up to this point. Have never had an issue and these are defualt stock timings... havent tried to tighten them up yet.

Either is fine
