yah your cooler master 550w PSU will be enough power for your specs. And if you did want to get a silent 600w PSU I'd recommend either the Seasonic S12 600w or OCZ Powerstream 600w. Heard good things from both, and I have the OCZ Powerstream 520w which is being pretty good right now as I am finishing up my RIG installations, but I'm having a prob here: http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=51469

Not saying that these PSUs are not decent PSUs, but with the Expert board they are both known to have cold boot issues. I would say the lowest risk of cold boot issues (only seen one so far on the web) and lowest noise PSU is likely an FSP Epsilon 600W or 700W. This is my opinion of course, but I am basing it on a whole lot of reading on the web & my own PSU/Expert problems. Also, both of the Epsilons are SLI and Crossfire certified for the top-of-the-line cards.

http://www.ati.com/technology/crossfire/ce...dcrossfire.html (most realistic certification of the two)

Not all that familiar with the Coolmaster, but from what I have read it seems to come out as average...which is usually not something folks on here recommend, especially with a top board like the Expert coupled with water & SLI

Couldn't agree more...

Thanks for the advice so far guys.

Went to that power calculator site and with "Surge current during start up compensation" at 15% and "Capacitor Aging" at 20% it says I need a 636w (650w rounding up) power supply.

So is my system way under powered?
