There's so, so many. Mr. T and the A-Team, the Chicago Bears and the Superbowl Shuffle, the Karate Kid and Cobra Kai, Red Dawn, Nintendo, Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, and on and on and on.

I turn 30 in a couple of days, and of the decades I've seen, the 80's were the best, hands down.

Great topic. Can't wait for more replies!

Smurfs, Fraggle Rock, the old HBO movie intro, The Boy who could Fly, TOPGUN!, Atari!, Commodore 64!, 3 6 10 12 17 57, (Local Channelsin Phila) Cable, what was that? Challenger Explosion (where were you?) Me- sitting on the couch, waiting for my mom and sister to come back from the neighbors house, my mom told me when she walked in the door, because we had just cut the cable cause we were moving to Phila. Knight RIDER!/K.I.T.T, Voltron(POWER RANGERS EAT YOUR HEART OUT!), Robotech, Go-Bots.................should I keep going?

"Iconism" is normally a subject that I stay away from because I do not believe in it.

However, if the thread were entitled "Who or what influenced your life the most" then I would have to say, my foster father and mother.

Despite all the cursing and butt-kickings I took (which I deserved), they instilled in me a great sense of honorability and integrity.
