edjahman Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 My benchmark scores dropped in Aquamark 3 and 3d mark 06 after I OC'ed my EVGA 7900 gtx 512 mb. card. Whats up with that???? Also, during the CPU test it will either get 1 fps or 0. Should I set the affinity to run on 1 core or what? Why so low??? Sorry for being slightly off topic. red930 Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 That's normal for your CPU test, since usually that's the FPS we all receive in the 3DMark05/06 series. Two 7900GTX will need more than 30amps on a single Rail (your psu is limited). I would try the 600w SLI from OCZ or wait for couple of weeks since they're coming out with two new PSU's, 600w and a 700w. You do have a high end Dual Core overclocked pretty high, memory overclocked, harddrives, optical drives, so the PSU might be the issue or it might be heat.
