It appears the 89W version is the one to get....

10 hours Prime Stable and still going strong....

So I think I fit in this little group now...

This is the best OC I have seen yet for this CPU:) :) :)

I "attempted" to run your BIOS settings and I couldn't even get her to post:D

Awesome job watsonteicon14.gif

Question 1:

Would it be possible for you to post some A64 Tweaker or A64INFO screens?

Question 2:

Why did you up the PCIe frequency to 105? Did this aid in your stability?

Thanx for sharing your progress,

h

To answer Question one, I will be more than happy to post som A64 Tweaker screens...I will do this after I get off work...around 5pm EST...

Answering Question Two, when I raised the PCI Express Frequency I was able to achieve slightly higher clocks on the 7900GTs, it seemed to add to stability just enough so I left it, of course I dont no know for certain the acutal effect that changing the frequency had on my overclock.

Thanks a lot for the screenicon14.gif

Also, I'm gonna check out whether raising my PCIe frequency will provide the same benefit that it has provided you:D Thanks very much for all the info you have most graciously shared:)

Cheers,

Holly carp fish!!!!! No wonder my rig keeps puking at 10hr prime. I’m on air, Zalman7000 and my room temp is 17C. I guess it's going to take a lot more work.

I’ve been trying:

CPU FSB/HTT 250

CPU Multipler 11

Memory Divider 150

= 2750mhz @183.33 x 2 = 366.66 x 4 = DDR1466.64 failed

CPU FSB/HTT 306

CPU Multipler 9

Memory Divider 140

= 2754mhz @211.85 x 2 = 423.7 x 4 = DDR1694.8 failed

CPU FSB/HTT 250

CPU Multipler 11

Memory Divider 150

= 2750mhz @183.33 x 2 = 366.66 x 5 = DDR1833.33 failed

CPU FSB/HTT 306

CPU Multipler 9

Memory Divider 140

= 2754mhz @211.85 x 2 = 423.7 x 5 = DDR2118.5 failed

What are you talking about?! Are you calculating your HTT freq or something?
