GmAz Posted September 27, 2003 Posted September 27, 2003 What are good temps for the Northbridge chip? I see it has a good size heatsink. But how hot should it not be. I mean, should I get a waterblock for it? I am nto sure how hot it is now, but I am sure I could but a 5.25 bay monitor with a temp monitor i could setup on my northbridge. howie b Posted September 27, 2003 Posted September 27, 2003 I wouldn't worry about it too much...unless you are trying to push your FSB REALLLLLY high, then your NB won't get that hot. The HS it came with should be fine for a normal overclock.
