General912 Posted October 1, 2003 Posted October 1, 2003 Ok the althon 64 has a 64 and 32 bit core. so your current softwear WILL run on the 64. Just wont take advatage of the 64 bit core. I figure Amd will eventually phase out the 32 bit core in later models of it. I was thinking of going 64 right away i got alot of money but i think ill just buy a video card for that money.
