Memory help

Hello, I have an OC problem, my system is 100% stable at 275x11, but i have to use a divider for the memory, ive gone all the way upto 3.0v, messed with the timings, 1T/2T, nothing seems to work. system posts at 1:1 but at the OS load screen it crashes, doe's the same thing at 265x11, highest 1:1 boot ive gotten is 260x11. any help i could get would be greatly appreciated, currentley using 9:10 divider.
