There is nothing you can't get as an expansion card, whatever that ? come from, it's not correct :.

College maybe?, sorta sounds like it and all, or maybe just for fun?

If it's for school there's likely to be an answer in the books and all that, a dumb answer probably.

They allways ask ?'s like that as if they mean something...

Why can you get everything you might ask...?

You can get backplane motherboards, which are classified as expansion cards,

Oh, you can't get psu's as expansion cards.

You can get fan like expansion cards, I don't know if that counts as one or not.

I would say anything that is an HID, human interface device, such as the actual mouse, keyboard and display output.

Though some racks have these built in, but still, I think that would suffice as an answer along with the power supply unit.

PS/2 port adaptor - haven't found one yet unless it was designed to perform a specific purpose, such as for a barcode reader or one of the really old Logitech or Microsoft mice.

I haven't been able to find anything that would make 2 normal ATX PSUs hot-swappable.

That's about all I can think of for now.

Optical Drive

Floppy Drive

Scanner

Printer

VR Goggles

USB Flash Media

DV Camera

The list goes on and on.

You can get expansion cards with ports to interfeace with the devices but the devices themselves are not expansion cards.

ok, well it's changed a bit into this lol

What kind of ports/slots do they not make for expansion cards is what the question is asking basically.

Its part of my Microcomputer hardware class and I am stumped.

A friend is taking that class, and that's what he said.
