KrossHair Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 the northbridge fan on my mobo is making a loud noise due to the ball bearings messing up,i am looking for a replacement that is the same size or smaller dimension due to the fact that my gpu is within 1-2 mm of the nb fan and i dont want to buy something that wont allow my card to fit; so if anyone has any ideas or solutions to what i could it would very much appreciated. thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I happened to have an older copper vantec that worked great and cooled the chipset even better than the stock fan. www.coolerguys.com - www.frozencpu.com - www.svc.com - www.newegg.com - www.oxide.com - www.directron.com Just a few sites you can find all kinds of heatsinks. Samurai Nightli Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 both models have the lights in them im pretty sure. vc-re is called "twinkling vga cooler" even though it doesnt twinkle, the LEDs stay constant from what ive read before.
