Branjo Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 Whats the Best thermal tape to use on my G/card for the Mem chips, I dont want to use any kind of adhesive or superglue as it leaves marks on the memory and would be noticable in an RMA. soundx98 Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 Chomerics T414. Do a search and you should find a thread where several of us applied for samples. Use some sort of professional looking letterhead of course but it's the kaschizzle. Nevermind, here is their website http://www.chomerics.com/

soundx98 Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 It's good sheet. I have mine out now looking at the mobo and some old BGA heatsinks. Never really been a "sinker", more of a "add another fan" guy. But that is the stuff for sho' Like all good tape, it's meant to be applied once. Make sure surfaces are clean and free of dust or grime. We will of course, need some pics when done.

Branjo Posted April 7, 2006 Posted April 7, 2006 Well I figured it was worth a shot, but sadly they didnt send me any. maybe it was the name of my company - Branjo Custom Computers (BCC) ...when the truth was actually Branjo's Custom Computer
Guest Blooz1 Posted April 7, 2006 Posted April 7, 2006 A couple of years ago they sent me samples of both tape and their wing-shaped heatsinks. (They work pretty well! I used one on the SB of a Socket A rig.) I used my usual "company alias" - Ozone Computers!
