best power supply

[color="Navy"][font="Verdana"]What’s the best power supply for the RDX200. I have not got 1 as of yet but want to make sure it runs smooth i want min off 600watts and silent as possible some think like the tagen as. I think there silent as any think any good reviews lads/gals?[/font][/color]

um Active PFC 650W PSU with Sanyo Denki Fan

won the recent anandtech psu shooutout where they tested like 50 psus and blew up a Qtec lol

Im looking at buying the new asus mvrp pro looks like a sweet board.

Myself, I am happy running dual (two) Ultra Xconnect2's.
Both are 550wt dual rail.

These are 'modular' & have a decent assortment of cables, it means that I can dedicate items to one & / or the other.

I looked into a larger psu but after having the older version of these very silent PSUs (& having a case that can hold 2) I decided to save monies & stay cool at the same time.... run silent run cool.

Buy a Seasonic S12 500 or 600; good pricing, efficiency is as high as it gets and a nearly inaudible 120 mm fan (runs @ 740 rpm 99% of the time). Around 400 Watts capacity @ 12v only.

Slightly better even powerwise could be an Enermax FMA 535, but it's not as quiet as the Seasonics.
