gdogg Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 I now have a expert board that wont do, over 3.3 V , even with origional bios, it never worked over 3.3V with any bios. Currently its stuck, at about 3.14-3.19, it dont move any higher. Heres my question, if I just sell my mushkin redlin xp 4000 , utt 2-2-2-6 kit. and get like this or this in tccd stuff, will I not need even 3.19 anymore, and be fine for volts. cause without rma'in my board right now, i think, ddr 400 2-3-2-6 , is all my mushkin redlines will do at those volts. b1lk1 Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 You need to figure out exactly what the issue is. If this is not working right, what else is going to fail? I would RMA that board before I changed the ram. SOunds like something is defective and is gonna take more stuff with it when it dies.
