BIOS for GeIL Ultra X PC4400 TCCD

Recommended Posts

Does anyone run this RAM on an SLi-D?

I'm running 623-3 and getting horrible BSODs which are changing loads all the time.

If anyone has this RAM, please!, what BIOS do you use?

Thanks alot

  • 4 months later...

I have the same Ram and am having huge problems with it aswell. I keep getting random BSOD regularly. What are the best timings or BIOS for this...

Timings at the mo:

FSB=275x8 /x9

LDT=Auto

Dram Voltage=2.65-2.85

DRAM Frequency Set(Mhz)= 200

CPC = Enabled

CAS Latency(CL) = 2.5

RAS to CAS(Trcd) = 4

Min RAS# Active time(Tras) = 7

Row Precharge Time(Trp) = 4

Row Cycle Time(Trc) = 7

Row Refresh Cycle Time(Trfc) = 14

Row to Row Delay(Trrd) = 2

Write Recovery Time(Twr) = 2

Write to Read Delay(Twtr) = 1

Read to Write Delay(Trwt) = 2

Refresh Period (Tref) = 3120

Write CAS Latency(Twcl) = 1

DRAM Bank Interleave = Enabled

Skew = AUTO

Skew Value = 0

DRAM Drive Strength = Level 8 or 7

DRAM Data Drive Strength = Auto

Max Async Latency = 8ns

DRAM Response Time = Fastest

Read Preamble Time = 5ns

Idle Cycle Limit = 256

Dynamic Counter = Enabled (disable)

R/W Queue Bypass = 16x

Bypass Max = 7x

32 byte Granularity = Disable

Getting really pissed with this now!!
