Capt Proton Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Running at 13X230, memory at 2.5, 3, 3, 00 in one test 6 days ago, 2.5, 3, 3, 7 today. Probably some other timing differences. Three tests today, basically the same result each time. CPU Score way down comapared to tests 6 and 7 days ago. CPU Score today 837 or so, before it was 1130 or so. Overall score is higher. Anyone have any thoughts as to why?
red930 Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Well, the way i see "837" score seems to be your stock 2.4GHz and 1130 is slightly above 2.99GHz that you've overclocked or something. So you've checked if your settings are set and saved in the Bios when you loaded up Windows? You sure you didn't have anything running in the background while benching? I would go back into the bios and recheck those settings and if it's still doing it. Clear the CMOS and try again and check your temps on your CPU as well. Capt Proton Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 There is no question the CPU is running 13X230. The details of the record saved in the Project Manager records the 2.99GHZ. Nothing running in the background. Super Pi is running correctly 31.097 for 1m run. Terrible CPU score, yet the highest 3D Mark 03 score yet! 13787 vice 13557 on the run on 10 Mar which had the much higher CPU score. e268 Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 What software do you use to do cpu score? Sorry did not see your title. My score is 1070.
