DFI LP NF4 ultra D + OCZ2x512dualchanel

I have got motherboard DFI LanParty NF4 ultra D with repeating A3 and bio 702 - 1 Oscar wu.Mine memory there´re 2x512MB OCZ PC3200 (OCZ4001024ELDCPE-K).It is possible find out, what microchip shall I in and what bio is for them best.Here on techpowerup are database memorys but near OCZ reffered to more chips.Often me falls system at starting to the blue death...I am desperate!!!THX

I believe your memory are TCCD, but could be wrong. You can try different Bios version to see which is best for you. I'm using the 704-2BT on my NF4-D which worked okay on my BH-5 and now i'm on UCCC memory. Remember it all comes down to memory timings. The voltages are easy to do with CPU and upping the HTT(FSB) doesn't take much. Good Luck!

I have RAM OCZ already after reclamation so that there won´t problem.I willl try that bio 704 - 2BT What a forums you - all recommend.Thanks all
