Hallo team!!!

I've tried to install win xp pro x64 as a seconed os in a different HD with no partitions at all.The prob is after installation in my first reboot the prob appeared.

I've tryied to boot in safe mode but no luck...

my boot.ini file is:

[boot loader]

timeout=30

default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)WINDOWS

Any help team in this????

I just had the same problem...that file will corrupt....not sure why... but if it's missing or corrupt...throw the drive in another pc as a slave and recopy the file from the working XP...works like a champ....

The file looks ok...but the prob still running!The other thing i experianced is when i boot from CD (win xp pro x64) and without going to blue screen, just waiting the dots disappear

when it sais boot from CD..... I can get in to the os with no prob!
