i was having some problems with pictures being erm....blended together? but I went into the bios and reseted to optimized settings...then changed my ram to the above timings and i think i changed it to 2t timings also, and now the pictures are working. Also i went msconfig and made windows boot up without msn and smartguardian I don't know if that helped anything but maybe.

Whats your psu... I dont know but the rail voltages seem a bit low for me..

So did the bsod's stop?

if not I suggest you try with only 1 ram stick..if you are getting bsod's every 5 mins then its easy for you check if running with one stick have fixed or not..

If you're running four modules of memory then you need to run then with CPC Disabled (2T) and try going with the suggestions that were giving to you in the above posts. He's telling you to test your memory if they're bad basically so you have a good start to start tweaking things out if everything is fine or not. You must need to reconsider a new PSU soon since you're dealing with one of the best motherbaords out there which will give you problems with a low end PSU and not a good brand like OCZ, SeaSonic, Antec 500W or more with at least 34a on 12v rail. Tell us what's going on with your system now.....

Note: Rule number one never trust software for temps, voltages, and fan speeds. That's why they have Multimeters and prones. :)

my psu is 400 watt, 29a with a split 12v rail. I dont think it would be that though since its been working for months .............. Ill try and boot up with one stick but what will that accomplish?

Have seen lot of people ahving problems with one bad stick out of the two..in yout case there are four sticks..so there's a bigger probability..it may not be the problem, but it could be too..so its always better you first check that its not one bad stick thats causing the pain..

And like Mack said, you should go for a better psu... it could cause troubles sooner or later...

hmm i did a few things not what you recommanded yet lol(though i will soon)....I mixed up where my ram went, so the dual ones werent in the same colours, I went to the optimized defaults in the bios. then i started uninstalling every driver that ive installed recently i got rid of a nvidia network manager? or something along those lines(it crashed right after and then booted up fine and hasnt crashed yet) and it seems to have fixed my problem so far... We'll see if it crashes in the next while.
