Pics of my Rigs (12 Year update on page 6)

Sounds like a good deal.

I have 4 120mm fans blowing into the case now, and including the psu I have 2 120mm fans exhausting. Load temperatures when running 2 instances of prime95 are;

CPU 50C

PWMIC 52C

Chipset 47C

Do you mean the 80mm fan that came with the case? No, that has been removed. Take a look at that picture I photoshopped, I tried to show the way I envision the air is flowing inside the case.

Yeah, no problem, I was gonna post them anyways. This case has to be the best bang for the buck around. I think it's less than $60 at Newegg. I am done adding fans, I think I have reached the point of diminishing returns, as my temps only dropped 1-2C after adding the last 120mm fan. Next step is watercooling and then some Video cards.

I am using a 4mb PCI video card atm, as I put my 256mb 6600 in my wife's new 939 board for testing. I keep having to switch between 1024 x 768 x 16bit color for browsing the web and 800 x 600 x24bit color for encoding and watching videos.

I just noticed my 6600 doesn't have a standard 4 pin S-video output. it has 9 pins. I don't remember this card coming with a dongle or adapter. It's a Rosewill 6600 256mb SLI card. I tried using a DVI to VGA adapter and a VGA to S-video adapter, I couldn't get my TV to work with it. I used to use a BFG MX4000 AGP card on her old motherboard and the TV always worked. Any ideas? I got pics of the S-video ports for both cards, but I can't get to them atm.

I got some carbon fiber film on it's way to me, should I do the Tsunami or the Centurion?

I definately could use to cover up all the scratches on the Tsunami, I butchered that case. I would also like to keep pimping out this Centurion, though. I don't know what to do....HELP!

Bill Owen from MNPCtech recently asked his youtube viewers to share some old pics of their rigs but since I knew I had lost mine years ago, I figured I'd google my old username plus the terms "case mod".

This thread was ported over here when OCC bought the DFI-Street forum database after they shut down, I am glad it's here. Now if I could only get into that photobucket account, that would be really cool.

First we got the Bernie machine in a Raijintek Metis case for streaming, my main rig is in the Enthoo Evolv ITX case. Then there is the old school gaming stuff and a retropie setup.

Then there's my wife's stuff: midi keyboard and 2007 mac mini, plus her work rig with triple monitors, but that thing is filthy so no close ups of that :)
