Krushull Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Havin huge problems with my new OCZ Eb PC4000 2gb I'm using the latest official BIOS from DFI but I cant get this RAM to work properly, Ive tried everything except a new BIOS is there a BETA that I might wana try or do none of them address memory issues?? If you want to run the memory @ DDR500, you leave the RAM FSB to 200mhz (1:1), and change the CPU FSB to 250 with a proper multiplier for your CPU (for example FSB 250x10 = 2500 or 2.5 Ghz). If you notice, when you set the RAM FSB to 250, right next to it there's a divider (4:5 or vice-versa). Otherwise you have to work properly between the multipliers, dividers and FSB of both RAM and CPU simultaneously. I hope this helps...
