PC reboot probs and low 3dmark scores.

Recommended Posts

your cpu score seems low for a fx60 i get 1700ish with a x2 4400

Yeah i know.. its wierd.. Posted my scores at an overclocking forum, and they also thought it was a tad low..

Stock speeds:

overclocked to 2808mhz:

It might not be quite stable yet, its only a temporary clock to see what difference it made towards the stock speeds.. I tried uninstalling the AMD processor drivers I had installed, but it made no difference without them.

I think your cpu is performing pretty well now..

have you installed the dualcore hotfix for M$ windowsxp ?

if not you could try, it bumped my 3dmark cpu score a few hundred i was seriously suffering from this bug. anyway you could try, heres a link.

I have that installed, didn't follow any tutorial when I did it though. I also had the AMD drivers, but I uninstalled them, and it made no difference.

Have you tried manually setting your Tref? If not try 3120.

I'm not sure exactly what that is :P Perhaps a BIOS setting? Could you elaborate please?
