law_freak Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Ok, Im thinking that for the best interest of everyone the hypotheticals spoken hear never actually were said.
Angry_Games Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 then hypothetically you should contact Newegg about it and have them cross-ship you a 520w which is the right one that you ordered.

law_freak Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 now I never said this happened to me. Hypothetically what would you do.
red930 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I would assume this 'hypothetical' situation is not hypothetical at all, but a real event. You shouldn't even need to ask 'what's the right thing to do'. My suggestion: 1. Either do as Angry says and get NewEgg to cross-ship you the proper PSU, or 2. Pay the difference for the PowerStream 600 and have NewEgg update the invoice to reflect it.
Angry_Games Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 hypothetically (and you wouldn't ask such a hypothetical question unless it happened to you or someone you know) you should do the right thing as when you don't, it is just like needless RMA's...they end up costing consumers (us) more in the long run being dishonest is not only bad for business, but it is bad for you...who wants to be dishonest? I don't.

Some days ago, you wrote something about fulfilling your slacker quota for the month by trolling these forums! Oh, maybe you’ve got some stocks in the company?
