tameone Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I just got a razer copperhead and I want to crack it open to perform some modifications, but it has no screw holes like every other mouse, and I can't seem to get it open. Anyone ever tried to open the mouse body? thanks
Guest Dynamic Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 Not sure if this will help, but good luck..... http://www.techreport.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=37316
tameone Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 wow thats a pretty sick mouse mod, but he never opened it up What I'm trying to do is remove the mouse wheel. I thought I felt a screw hole under a sticker on the bottom side, but I cut it away with an exacto to find nothing but a little dent in the plastic
Dams Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 www.razerblueprints.net might be good for some help (although the site seems to be down at the moment). I've got the same mouse as you, it's mint aye (ia have the SK version though, pretty much the same but with an SK logo). I know you can buy a razer toolkit with wieght mods and other things like that so there must be some way of pulling it apart
