red930 Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Here's a standard setup guide, it applies to your board as well. http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20832 The BIOS that comes with the board is probably fine, otherwise head over to DFI's official website and download the latest official one from there. CPDMF Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 What did you get for a heatsink? Mobile CPU's are lidless and require a bolt through design or some mods to the retaining bracket.

marker Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Big Typhoon or Zalman 7700 CU are good choices Im guessing that I don't need to mod the board with these choices, am I right? If I do, any good guides out there? Thx for the help, really pleasant to join a board and get great responses...
