Opty Setup Could do better ?

First off I must say 'Great Community you have here, My Parts (Mostly ) came in I'm very new to Overclocking as you might have seen in my previous post.

Anyway i'm kinda stuck at ( & disappointed) 2.7GHz & my ram is @ 275 Mhz (haven't played with the vid card yet) . The memory controller can't be too bad as i'm stable (Prime +5 hrs) with 275 x4 LDT/FSB.

Anyway (dreaming perhaps) i think i could be running a ait quicker of both fronts ( the CPU & Ram)

now for the boring part #'s being used in DFIs Genie Bios:

FSB Frequency 275, LDT/FSB Frequency Ratio x4. LDT Bus Transfer Width 16/16, CPU/Fsb x10, PCI Express Frequency 100, CPU StartUp Value-StartUp (default), C-N-C Disabled, CPU Core voltage 1.46v, LDT Bus 1.33v, Chipset 1.65v, Dram 2.79, CPU Vid Control 1.40, Cpu Vid Special 104%, LDT Voltage Control 1,30v, ChipSet Voltage Control 1.60v, Dram Voltage Control 2.70v, ....

RAM Settings : 200 1:1, CPC (what the hell is that ? ) Auto, Tcl 2.5, Trcd 4, Tras 6, Trp 3, Trc 11, Trfc 13, Trrd, 3, Twr 3, Twtr 2, Trwt 2, Tref 3120, Dram Bank Interleave - Enabled, DQS Control - Auto, DQS Value-1, Dram Drive Strength - Auto, Dram Data Drive Strength - Auto, Max Async Latency - Auto, Dram ResponceTime - Fast, Preamble Read Time - Auto, Idle Cycle Limit - 256, Dynamic Counter - Disable, R/W Que Bypass 16x, By Pass Max - 4x, 32 Byte Gran' - Disable 4 Bursts.

After weeks or reading i think i've tightened up the basicRam settings some what, as you can see i'm not sure on the latter settings especially.

Any suggestions on tweaking this setup would be greatly appreciated. Like i said, I'm totally new to the OC obsession .... hehe, but can't wait to see what this thing is really capable of. So far Smart Guardian is saying CPU 39' @ 1.43v, PWMIC 34', ChipSet 43', LDT Bus 1.29v, Dram 2.75v.

Thanks for having a look see and as mentioned before any input would be appreciated .
