Windows keeps crashing or BSOD

I had a thread posted before when I can't run 3DMark01 when I overclock but I have finally fixed it when setting the DRAM Response Time to Normal. My problem now is that once in a while, Windows will crash or will get BSOD's (everytime I get a bsod it has a different reason on the cause of crashing) randomly. Prime95 stable for 12hrs @ 2.4GHz with 1.425Vcore and Memtest stable for 18Hrs. I also tried OCCT and passed the 30min test and done 8hr torture test with no errors. I don't knwo what I am doing wrong. Need your help badly guys. Thanks in advance.

raise memory voltage to 2.80v,which are your SPD timings? maybe they are problem?have you tried reinstalling windows??

 

My mems are at 3.17Vdimm, dunno if it's too high. I even reached DDR500 and was stable on memtest at 3.4V, I just can't get it stable at Windows and yes I have reinstalled Windows twice this month.
