5VSB Jumper What does it do?

Hi there i have just been reading my manual and i notice that theres a jumper that changes the power supply on the board from 5v to 5vsb.. what exactly does this do?

The connection the jumper controls is powered even when the system is off, unless of course you turn off your PSU. It's for those 'Wake on ...' functions in your bios. There is lower limited amperage when you go to 5vsb ...
