Smoken Joe Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 No you have a problem. Did you read the getting up and started thread? One stick of memory in the further orange slot etc. Might search on some good timeings and perhaps bios thatthe ram needs to run also rember to test with memtest. Fight Game Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 not that this is your problem, but when you install the OS, only have the drive connected, that you want the OS installed to! XP for some unknown reason, will write info to each and every drive connected, and if any of these drives get moved or removed, the OS will not load:(

lowboy Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Have you searched the data bases for known good timings for mem and have you run OCCT and prime95 for satablity test.
Smoken Joe Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Please read the rules and add this other system to your sig until you get this resolved so we don't get confused. Err retest metest how long? Have you tried useing good memory in you sig on it instead of the corsair stuff? How about that PSU isnt it on the junk list. Google that PSu and you will come up with a bunch of people having problems with their computers. Do you mean this PSU? http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...mes&btnG=Search
