d_the_duck Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Hey, turn your memory dump on in the control panel/system advanced settings. Just in case you should be getting the BSOD instead of just rebooting. And check your temps, 2 most likely cluprits IMHO. crashthenet44 Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 I asked if your temps looked ok.

d_the_duck Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 A couple of different options. Your MOBO probably came with ITE SmartGuardian which you could install to monitor temps. Also, you could download a program called "speedfan" which you can download here: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php  Check your temps and let us know. Is there anything particular happening when you are booted? Again, turning on a complete memory dump may give you an error screen rather than a blind reboot. This won't do a lick if you're overheating. Did you build or buy??
d_the_duck Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 PS. You are sorely lacking power. Go for a PSU with a 24 pin connector (don't use a 20 to 24 pin adapter) and at least 480w

ianocean Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Mine also restarts when browsing and at idle -the voltages is 100% stable and CPU temp is 24 C idle and 31 C at full load-same issues at 2800Mhz(10x280) and 2200Mhz (11x200) All power connectors are plugged. No BSOD-the memory can run perfect at 300Mhz 2.5-3-3-7 1T.Priming without errors at 9x300-details in the sig
