KimTjik Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Easiest path when checking out compatibility of RAM and PSU is to check the "Recommendations and Hot deals". It's continiously updated, and concists of stuff that are proven to work. http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24719 http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10854 Edit: About Corsair you'll se that the thread includes another link with more details about which settings work. Some had problems with them at the beginning.

Atticus45 Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Yeah I did but I decided to change a few options. I saw my Enermax wasnt suported so I switched to the ENERMAX Noisetaker 485 w, which a few people seemed to have and worked well with. Saved me about 20 bucks and lost 15 wats : but I guess it works. Since my ram wasnt on the list I upgraded to OCZ Gold Series pc3200, cost me + 40 tho :. Hopefully it will all work thanks for the help. KimTjik Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 ENERMAX Noisetaker 485 w, which a few people seemed to have and worked well with. Saved me about 20 bucks and lost 15 wats : but I guess it works. If you're not planning to have a SLI setup, thoose 15 w is not an issue. What is important, and what that Enermax will give you, is stability and good amps on 12V rails. Since my ram wasnt on the list I upgraded toOCZ Gold Series pc3200, cost me + 40 tho :. I think that's a good choise. Many seem to be very happy with their OCZ memory. Since you saved 20 $, 40 $ won't be that painful. Good luck with you system!
