Welcome to the forum!

First off, these boards are excellent in all respects as far as I'm concerned, though if you don't treat them right they can be a real pain.

First off, personally I wouldn't put 3 sticks of anything in any board. Stick with 2 or 4. It should work fine with two sticks of pc3200 until you can upgrade. When you first get her booted up manually set your timings and voltages in the bios-it could make things a lot easier later on.

Your PSU will probably work fine, but if you do a lot of hardcore overclocking and have a 7800 or two in there you'll probably want to get something a little more reliable. There's a sticky in the recommended section for good PSU's.

hey thanks for the relpy. the 3 sticks work just fine in my NF2 board but then again it only has 3 slots. what would u say would be good other then pc3200. now i know i am going to be called a noob for this but setting the timings and voltages i really never messed around with that. i just pop em in and thats that. im not a overclocker at all i just leave everything on defualt. im really more of a novice with it comes to that sort of thing. i did read the sticky about the psu's and looking to get the ocz power stream.

Can't go wrong with the OCZ, its very solid. Personally if you play games a lot you should probably get a 2x1GB kit, you can get pc4000 from newegg for around $200, thats what I use. Works great for me. If you really don't intend to oc theres probably some good pc3200 out there, but I doubt its much cheaper. You can probably get by leaving everything on auto, it really should work. However if you have issues booting up right off the bat it probably set something wrong and you'll have to manually set it.

If you just want a solid computer and doin't game much, just use two sticks of the corsair you have for now, it should suffice.

yes i play games A LOT. BF2 everynight. that all i use my pc for is gaming and burning cds.

so your saying just leave everything on on auto? on my system now i just leave every thing on default and it runs like a champ but with newer games coming out i think i should uprade. i did read Angry_Games NF4 LanParty - initial build w/pictures thread should i boot up the first time like that and after its running fine then add the rest of the ram soundcard etc. ?
