2 more SATA or 4 SATA II???

I'm thinking about upgrading my 2 HD RAID array. I'm looking at changing to a 4 HD RAID 0 array.

Currently I have 2 Seagate Barracuda SATA drives. To make a 4 HD SATA array I only have to buy 2 more HDs. To make a 4 HD SATA II array i will need to pick up 4 HDs. Is there much difference in actual speed between the two to justify shelling out an extra $130? If so what Drives are recomended?

I love my Seagate drives but have noticed that the SATA II Seagates have 11ms seek times. Is this noticable? Thanks for any insight.
