I'm thinking about going to a 4 HD RAID 0 array and need to decide whether to buy 2 more SATA drives or get 4 SATA II drives. Im still in testing trying different chunk sizes but if there is any improvement id have to say probably the NCQ is helping but could be sataII 3gbit aswell. So far benchies showing an improvement but thats always different in real world applications ill let you know after more testing in game and apps.
