CODESEVEN Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I currently have the 6.66 drivers installed and have had no problems with my rig, but I know that there are updated drivers now that I can download. Should I do so? Also, can you fellas tell me which version, either the n-Force4 AMD Edition or the nForce4 AMD/Intel X16 edition should I be using with my rig specs? Thanks http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4_wi...4_amd_6.69.html http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4_winxp64_x16_6.

CODESEVEN Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Thanks guys, can you clue me in on why I wouldn't/shouldn't use the x16 version?
Fight Game Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Unless you are having problems with the current ones, or unless someone can prove that the new ones are better in some way (more performance or stability), then I suggest not to fix something that isn't broke. lowboy Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Thanks guys, can you clue me in on why I wouldn't/shouldn't use the x16 version? You dont have a NF4x16 chipset is the best reason. And hopefully you do know not to use the 6.70 drivers as one poster put up as you show to be running Win64.the newer drivers supposedly help with the newer GFX drivers. The 6.69 drivers are what you would use.
