Guest tytlyf Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 I have an Antec superlanboy case with front audio connectors. The front audio cable is too short to stretch across the mobo to the DFI audio connection. Anyone with this case have any opinions on how to wire this up? Guest thespin Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 It should be long enough. How are you routing it ? Does the audio cable have a 9-pin connector or just individual wires or both like on my P160 ?
Guest tytlyf Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 The front audio connector is a 9 pin block. And it does not stretch across the mobo, even straight over it. I'm at a loss as to how to set it up. unless the 9pin block contains the other connections as well (hddLED, pwrled, reset, etc..), then I could just plug in the block to where I have those connections. But im pretty sure there isn't an audio connection there.
Guest thespin Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 I have looked at reviews for the Superlanboy and I would guess the cable install on yours was screwed up by Antec. Call them for a replacement ...
