madian225 Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Hi What settings are you using for your RAM? (all) I found that my games were crashing and after a bit of trial and error I found that I had a few of my RAM settings too tight, especially as I was using 4 sticks same as you. fafol Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 I am using stock settings except for bumping the RAM up to 1:1 with the FSB
red930 Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Use the build guide and start from scratch again. Even though it's for the non-Expert boards you should get the idea. http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6615 what do you mean the solution lies elsewhere? Do you mean on another site? or did you mean that it wasn't the power connector? I took your advice and removed the sound card. I am still getting no video on boot issues, and still getting lockups in video intensive apps (game).
