Need Help!! My motherboard now does not turn on!! What to do?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

So everything was going fine. I turn off the computer at night and in the morning when I try to boot it up, it simply refuses to. I check everything, all the connections and made sure that the PSU was on. However, no lights are coming on. What to do?? Could the chipset have burned out? Yesterday when i was playing a game i saw it reach 51C...

-Thanks

Are the mobo lights on ?

With power supplied to the mobo there should be two lights 'on' even when the system is not powered 'on'..

If you see no lights on then I suggest you remove your psu from the case and try to jump start it to see if the psu comes on..

Here is how you jump it..
