Elias Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Is it just me or does it seem odd to anyone else that the x1600's are so cheap. $130 for a pro and $180 for an xt. I dont get why ati released the gt's/gto's only a few monts before they came out, they are less powerfull yet they cost more? I know they are fading out the x800 series but they are not droping the price on any of the cards, why is anyone going to buy an x800pro when they can get a 1600xt for the same price? Personally im going to get a 1600xt as soon as my budget will permit but it dosent make alot of busniess sence. every review I read said that the debut price was going to be 200-pro 250- xt but it was way off.
