Help or comment with 1st build

Should have all the parts in next Thursday. This will be my first build. Have concerns that my memory and power supply may not be compatible or sufficient. Please share your thoughts if you have a similar set up. Thanks. :dog:

You are correct about the PSU. (NeoHE 430 W) See link in my signature for recommended PSU's. I would wait for the PSU. As to your RAM, I do know Corsair can be a bugger to setup with the non-expert nf4's. Guess you will just have to wait and see.

Thanks for the PS suggestions. I am considering the OCZ PowerStream 520. Do you know by chance if this will fit with my case or would the PS unit stick out a little from the back of the case. :confused:

 

p.s. Does anyone have this PS unit and the Antec P150 case combo?

Yep, that is the case I have. It is pricey because it includes a 430 watt Antec Neo modular power supply unit. As I said earlier, it may not have enough juice to power the motherboard, graphic card and such. Guess I will try using it first before putting down another $150+ for the 520 OZC Powerstream.
