ran4u2 Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 I have a DFQ re: Windows message @ Install..... I've configured Raid O (stripping) in the Bio's and all is well there. but when I go to install Windows (XP Pro sp-2) I get this message: "Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware. Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information!" Now, this is strange! I've never seen this before, but Windows won't continue the install. I'm new (of corse) to DFI boards and havn't a clue how to go about fixing this. Any help here guys? I'd appreciate it.... Angry_Games Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 have you looked at these: http://www.angrygames.com/nf4raid-1.htm http://www.angrygames.com/DAGF-1.htm both are very similar. Latest F6 drivers from DFI site should act more like the DAGF RAID install than the original Lanparty NF4 with the odd messages
