Miller1236 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I plan on purchasing 2 BFG 7800 GTX OC 512MB, will it be able to fit in this board?
Reinvented Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 More than likely not. It's overlapping too much of all the PCI slots, plus part of the 2nd PCI-e slot. The expert is the only board so far where it can fit both, while retaining 1 PCI slot i believe.

gsxr310 Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 how 'bout if you watercool, will it fit?
Reinvented Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 I would say, probably. But, the only thing you have to worry about is the adequate cooling for it. There's a reason why they have bigger heatsinks and fans - just to compensate for the heat dump. The watercooling blocks currently support the single slot design, not for two. If you were to do that, your heat dump into the watercooling loop would probably be 10c higher than normal. So, it's not recommended. Outcast Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 how 'bout if you watercool, will it fit? Once water cooled it would be the same size as a 256Mb GTX .... I have that , it works.
