New Build Ram Question.

I just built a friends computer last night, its kept crashing, I took one of the ocz gold series 512 sticks out of the orange slots, and no more crashing, think its bad ram? What else can I try, he has pretty much the same setup I do in my sig except gold series ram and ocz 520 watt power supply and 7800gt , I had the voltage and 2.60 2.80 and still crashed , I’ll try changing the timing tonight, thing that would make a difference? going to try my ram in his system tonight also and see how it does, thanks Scott.

Try testing each stick seperatly and see if one is giving you a problem..
