Gothic Case Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Talk to Happy_Games.... he's a DFI employee and should guide on how to proceed with the RMA... just a note: Remember that to have your RMA, you'll have to prove you've bought this motherboard NEW, 2 years ago or more recently.... If you could explain a signature to him and that if the board was purchgased from NewEgg he will have to download a receipt before any RMA can be issued it would help.
