CPU temp is hovering at 22-23c according to BIOS health monitor, I'm going to assume that's an accurate reading. My XP2500 idled much hotter. I'm running Memtest86+ now, how long does it usually take to complete? I haven't had a thing to eat or drink in 5 hours! Anyway, I'm just quite excited. Give it at least 8 runs, but it's best to run it when you're about to go to sleep (approx. 8 hours). Temps are a bit off, but that's normal for any sensor. You got my hopes up! I thought you meant to say that the DFI Expert was back in stock along with an Opteron! Good to hear you're up and going. You'll have fun with it! NKDietrich Posted December 3, 2005 Posted December 3, 2005 Updates: Installing Windows XP right now. One full pass of Memtest86+ didnt show any errors at a rather conservative 3-3-3-7, DDR400, 1T. NKDietrich Posted December 3, 2005 Posted December 3, 2005 Having an issue now: My DVD-RW drive keeps disappearing during windows install, so naturally that causes it to be unable to find files.
