Raife Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 So the AMD guide 'Thermal, Mechanical, and Chassis Cooling Design Guide' talks about installing a thermocouple to monitor the CPU temp into the heatsink base by drilling a hole directly over the die and inserting the thermocouple into the hole Anybody done this? If yes, how'd it go? Where can I get one and how do you power it if is from a hardware store?
