25-30 second delay between dfi logo and windows logo (Why the delay?)

I am getting the same thing too. I think this occurred I applied the updates for SP2, or was it the nforce drivers... man it was a late night.

I'm not sure why this occurs, but you can turn of the Lanparty logo in the Bios which might help

A large part of that time is the system detecting drives - seems we're in the same position - can't detect any drives in your spec.

Please add them

This is usually an IDE drive problem related to either improper setup like just one drive installed on an IDE cable and set as 'slave' (computer then looks for master 'til timeout), or bad drive ...
